UK Delivery Rates:

Stickers & T-shirts - £4.50

Standard - Small Parcel - £24.00

Standard - APC Overnight Courier - £36.00

Light A Box Courier - £85.00 - UK only 

* This option is for these orders - A0,1m² and any other large bespoke products. These will have to go with our own courier due to their weight. Our driver delivers these on a weekly basis around the UK. 

European / Worldwide Delivery Rates:

Please get in touch for European / Worldwide delivery rates. This fluctuates a lot depending on dimensions and weight. We will send over a quotation before you place the order. 

Please note that postage charges are non-refundable.

Signing for Deliveries. 

Some deliveries will require a signature. If you know you are going to be unable to provide a signature you can specify a work address to have your order shipped to as long as it is a registered business.

Tracking. 

You will receive a dispatch notification via email when your order has been processed and despatched. This notification will also include a link to your order's tracking information.

Geographical Sales Restrictions. 

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected EU / Worldwide Countries, for unlisted EU / Worldwide shipping costs please contact us at hello@lightabox.com for a quote.

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Refunds are not currently available on our products. Only in the case of the Lightbox being damaged on delivery. This would need to be notified to us as soon as the delivery is completed. If there is a fault with the product then you may request an exchange via email within 14 days of your order being dispatched. 

We send proof of print before the order gets processed. Any problems with the design should be notified at this stage. We are unable to make any changes to the design once this has been confirmed. Thank you. 

Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you use APC Couriers and get proof of postage.
