What is the turn around time ?

For any product bought directly through our online store, we say up to 2-3 weeks from the order being made and final artwork received. Bespoke orders can take a little longer, we will let you know a lead-time before work commences to ensure you receive it on time. If you need your box sooner, please let us know and we'll see what we can do. 

How do you apply the frontages?

We have an in-house vinyl plotter which we use for the 'vinyl cut' option. If your design contains multiple colours, textures or images then we digitally print it onto a specialist backlit vinyl. 

How do you ship the boxes?

 We ship out the boxes using trusted couriers. The shipping time and costs depend on the size of the box. Please refer to our ' shipping' section in the website's footer for much more information. 

Can your lightboxes be used outside?

We stock a whole range of lightboxes that are fit for outdoor use. All of these are IP rated and built using materials that can withstand all weather conditions. 

What lighting do you use for your lightboxes?

In all of the boxes, we use 12v LED lighting systems. We have a few options available for the colour of illumination ranging from RGB to warm whites. All of our modules are of the highest quality on the market and come with a 5-year guarantee. We want your lightbox to be 'Forever Glowing!' so we use the best components on the market!

 Can I change the design on my lightbox? 

Yes, of course, we understand that menus need to be changed, rebrands happen, or you are just bored of what you currently have. We have designed most of our boxes so that the frontages can easily slide in and out, this will be stated in the product description. We sell separate slides in our 'Extras' section. 

How shall I provide my frontage design?

You can simply upload your design using the website's feature before adding it to the cart!

Do you accept refunds?

 We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Refunds are not currently available on our products. Only in the case of the Lightbox being damaged on delivery. This would need to be notified to us as soon as the delivery is completed. If there is a fault with the product then you may request an exchange via email within 14 days of your order being dispatched. 

We send proof of print before the order gets processed. Any problems with the design should be notified at this stage. We are unable to make any changes to the design once this has been confirmed. Thank you.
