We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Refunds are not currently available on our products. If there is a fault with the product then you need to send an email within 14 days of your order being dispatched. 

We send proof of print before the order gets processed. Any problems with the design should be notified at this stage. We are unable to make any changes to the design once this has been confirmed. Thank you.
